Life with Purpose: In the Church
We have three places for people at Real Life to find their purpose -- in the church on Sundays, in our community, and in our world.
Serving Real Life on Sundays is fairly simple. We first ask everyone who serves on Sundays to join a mid-week LifeGroup. From there we apprentice and raise up LifeGroup leaders and LifeGroup coaches. To talk to someone about LifeGroups and leadership, contact Mike Ferrulli at
Second, we ask everyone who serves on Sundays to recruit and train someone else to serve with them. We hope that frees up our people to have many relationships and purpose opportunties outside the church, in thier neighborhoods, workplaces, and globally.
Prayer Team:
Can you imagine fifty people during each service praying “behind the curtain”, bringing our people before the very throne of God? Do you listen well and empathize with hurting people? Pray at one service and attend the second one. Contact Carol Nelson at
Set up and Take Down Team
Can you come a little early or stay a little later to help set up OR take down the stage, foyer and children’s areas? Set up Team meets from 7-8:45am and Take Down Team serves from 12:15 – 1:30pm. Contact Adrian Darsee at
Children’s Team:
Do you love children? Will you invest in a small group of kids who know you, every week? Rock babies, play with toddlers, or be a small group leader for kids who ask great questions and love attention. Background check required.
There are opportunities for Registration, Small Group Leaders, Worship Leaders and Tech Team for Babies, Toddlers, Three to Five-Year Olds, K – Second Grade, Third – Fifth Grade. Contact Larry Davis at
Get a Life Youth Teams
Do you want to invest in junior high or high school youth, talking to them, discussing deep questions, having fun, being there for them? Be a small group leader that meets with the same kids each week. Background check required. Contact Kyle Henderson at

Hospitality
When you smile, do people smile back? Are you outgoing, friendly, and make people feel welcome? Come early to the service you attend and connect with people.You can be a Greeter before first service or before second service, or you can host the Cafe, serving coffee and donuts.
