We believe that true, long-term transformation of neighborhoods and the community comes from the people that live in it. 

If we can teach people live like Jesus in their real lives, every day, intentionally serving thier neighbors and co-workers, speaking truth into people's situations, building true friendships, studying God's word together, we can bring more people to live in the Kingdom of God. 

Our path to learning how to do this looks like this:

Life Group Relational Projects

Each LifeGroup does two relational activities where they live, work and play, together, once a quarter.  They prayer walk through the neighborhood where they meet, bring cookies to all the neighbors on the block or the local fire station.  One group provided all the paper a school needed where two teachers in the group worked.  Many of the groups host Neighborhood Block Parties on Oct 31 to reach out into thier everyday world.  Some of the groups host Movie Nights in their neighborhoods also.

Queen Creek Community Events

We partner with the Town of Queen Creek to do fun booths at their Spring Event, their Trunk or Treat Fall Event, and thier Hometown Christmas event.  We supply willing volunteers to connect with people and a fun booth.  In April, we help run the Easter Egg hunt at the Spring Family Celebration.   In October, we do carnival booths, and decorate a car for Trunk or Treat.  In December, we have a booth at the Hometown Christmas.  This helps them and it allows us to invite over 3000 of our neighbors to Real Life through a flyer invitation and talking to people walking by the booths.

Relationally Engaging Your Sphere of Influence

We are strong on teaching our people to get out of the "church" and be in the world where they live, work and play.  We teach how to relationally engage people at work through conversations, questions, getting to know, love and serve them, sharing in their life struggles and bringing people to Jesus in the process. We provide mentoring for those who are especially connected and invested in relationships outside of the church.  Often, you're involved with friends who are asking deep spiritual questions, or you will come alongside those struggling with addictions or marriage issues or financial crisis.  Only by submitting themselves fully to the King of the Kingdom will any true transformation take place.  We will learn together how to help our friends holistically -- spiritually, relationally, physically and emotionally.
